Alabama Trail ride Spring 2008

1995 Dun gelding

Cowboy as we call him is a one of a kind family horse. He has done it all from toting my basically non horsey husband around the trails to taking kids to the blue ribbons in 4H the last 2 years.

His 4H accomplishments are

2007

2nd place Horsemanship (14 yo girl)

2008

2nd place gelding halter (8-9 in the class)

1st place senior egg race

We have owned Cowboy since May of 2006

He has no bad habits no vices, he gets along well with my other gelding and young stallion. He has been on MANY overnight trail rides, week long trail rides and even 2 winters in Alabama. He hauls great loads himself. He has very good ground manners.

He stands to be clipped, bathed, stands for farrier, vet. You can ride him in a leadrope and halter or a bit bareback double with or with out a saddle. He loves to swim in lakes. He has a smooth trot and lope. His only fault would be he doesn't side pass the greatest.

He is very stout an easy keeper utd on everything. He stands about 15.1 and is 1250#
